Przyjąłem średnią płacę brutto równą 3 000 zł, co daje płacę netto w wysokości ok. 2 157 zł, koszt płac (tylko) zakładu = 3 542 zł.
Jeżeli podzielimy 3 542 zł przez nominalną ilość godzin pracy w miesiącu (168), stawka na godzinę pracy wynosi 21,08 zł. To są tylko koszty płacowe nie uwzględniające choćby kosztów urlopów, BHP i innych.
Stawka w zagospodarowaniu (nie do odrzucenia) w n-ctwie w którym świadczę usługi wynosi 11,35.
Zarządzający LP nie kiwną nawet palcem żeby coś zmienić. Jakiekolwiek rozmowy z LP na ten temat przestały mieć sens. Śmiem twierdzić, że takie postępowanie nie tylko "buduje" szarą strefę, ale również szkodzi literalnym lasom.
