29 listopada 2022 r. około godziny 14:00 doszło do wypadku przy ścince drzewa na polu w gminie Radziejów. 58 latek wykonujący prace został przygnieciony przez spadającą topolę. Na miejscu zjawiły się służby ratownicze (pogotowie, straż pożarna i policja), a poszkodowanego do szpitala odtransportował śmigłowiec LPR.
Policja zajmuje się wyjaśnianiem okoliczności wypadku. Poszkodowany był trzeźwy.
